All ingredients we use are gluten free, the coconut and cranberries we add states it may contain traces of gluten.
We have taken extra care to minimize the risk of cross contamination by ensuring all our equipment and surfaces are cleaned according to the required food safety standard before making them. However, it is made in the same kitchen and therefore we have to state that these rusks may contain traces of gluten, but by definition of food regulations, our product has no added gluten.
