2 Tarts Baking and Catering uses Aramex or NZPost for deliveries.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours and you can expect to collect the product or the product to be dispatched 2-3 business days after placing your order. We aim to have your order shipped within 2-3 working days from the order date. If for some reason your order could take a little longer, we will be in touch.

Return Policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the taste or quality of our product [Rusks], 2 Tarts Baking and Catering will accept a return within 5 days from the date of receiving your purchase. [Rusks]
You must provide proof of purchase with a receipt (when purchased in-store) or through email WooCommerce payment receipt (when purchased online).
2 Tarts Baking and Catering will not accept returns on gift vouchers or fresh food items. {Milktart/Lemon Meringue/Cremora Tart/Peppermint Crisp Tart/Malva Pudding/Koeksisters/Hertzoggies}
Refunds are not available for change of mind returns, and will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the description on the website.
If these requirements are not satisfied, 2 Tarts Baking and Catering reserves the right not to offer an exchange for the item purchased. To return your product, you should email us directly 2tartsbakingandcatering@gmail.com
On confirmation and agreement of a return the following terms and conditions apply:
- 2 Tarts Baking and Catering will create and supply a return courier label and send this to the customer via email.
- The customer is responsible for printing the label and applying it to a delivery box.
- The delivery box will be provided by the customer at their cost.
- Courier will collect from Address Customer Supplies to 2 Tarts Baking and Catering or Customer can drop box at their nearest Aramex Parcel Drop Agent
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
